Site Advantages/Description
All of the
weaving machines are of the best rating and are new. The machines
are from Japan and the systems deliver expertly produced textiles.
All weaving management staff is professional and has been schooled
in the textile industry and has earned university degrees. The
investment for this factory was US$2.3 million.
Materials/Components
Of the nylon and
polyester yarns used in this factory, 90% are from Taiwan and 10%
are from Japan.
Machinery/Production
Process
This factory contains only quality weaving
machines. There are over 500 separate water jet loom machines with
the ability to produce exactly what Yi Chun and its customers
require. Half of these machines are fully automatic. Other machines
include wrappers, seizers, beamers, and auto-leasing machines.

colors and hues. With its high success rate, deliveries are on time.
US$ 152,000 was invested in the new equipment.

chemicals and dyes are sourced from Japan with the balance purchased
locally in Taiwan.

factory was established this past year to provide state-of-the-art
PU coating and processing of textiles. Yi Chun bought the best
equipment available and invested US$750,000 in this factory’s
equipment and infrastructure.

must be imported and Yi Chun sources their products locally from
reputable importers.

Fabrics
may be coated in a variety of coatings in either single or
double-sided applications. Our advanced machinery and equipment is
regularly maintained and updated by efficient staff.
